Great find for me based on other reviews. Have had constant problems with my f150. Been useing dealer paying dealer service fees, having to arrange my own transportation. Everyone at Joes shop is very professional, they really know there stuff. Will take the time to listen to your explanation of the problem without treating you like an idiot. They also offer free transportation to and from your house during repair, avoiding having to bother family and friends. Will be useing them for all my service from now on.
9/20 update on previous review above.
I've had repeated issues with my emergency breaks. Have had problems passing inspection for a few years. Decided to finally take care of it. Brought the truck back to Bright Bay Ford, dealer I purchased the truck from. ( see my review on Bright Bay ) Had to bring it in twice, after charging me 300.00 the first time the brake would disengage but the indicators light on the dash stayed on, causing my cruse control to not work because it thought the brake was on. Charged me another 300.00 to fix the cable system.
Brought it to Joe's for inspection to find out the emergency break wasn't working. Turns out Bright Bay used zip ties to hold the cable in place and simply unplugged the indicator light wire. Joes team diagnosed the problem, showed me the zip ties and unplugged wire and in 3 hours had it fixed with all new ford products. Expensive but finally done right. This shop is great.
